If have UTI, or cyctisis, dissolve 1 tsp. baking soda in 10 oz. (no more, no less) water and drink it every 20 min for 3 hours.  If you catch this at an early stage, you will have relieve within the first hour. You can also add potassium citrate, follow instruction on package. One could also take it with 1 tsp jellow or jam to hide the taste. After 3 hrs, then take this hourly until situation stablizes.

If condition is very bad, take 3 very strong favorite pain killer. Also, take a cup of strong coffee hourly for 3 hours. Coffee is diuretic.

3. Avoid at risk products - most GM crops are hidden in the processed food items that contain soy, corn, cottenseed, and canola oils.

6. Avoid processed and packaged foods -  Food additives, enzymes, flavoring, and processing agents are often produced by GM bacteria, yeast or fungi.
