2-3 bananas, firm and without spots
Juice from 1 lemon, freshly squeeze

1. Slice the bananas to approx. 1/4 inch thick.
2. Place the bananas in lemon juice and let it soak for 5 min.
3. Place the banana slices in single layer in the dehydrator.
4. Dry for 8-12 hr or until pliable.
5. Store in tightly sealed container at room temperature.
If you use oven to dehydrate food, keep the temperature below 170'F to preserve living enzmes as much as possible. Enzymes are essential to allow our bodies to repair and heal itself.
