1. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)6- use organic, raw, unfiltered ACV for best results. Add 1 tsp ACV to 8-10 oz. warm filtered water. Add 1 tsp raw honey. Drink this 2-3x/day. For adults, increase the amount to 1 Tbsp of ACV + 1 Tbsp honey in tall glass of warm water.

1 C Salt
4 C Flour

Mix glue and starch in a bowl. You may add a few drops of food coloring if you wish. Cover bowl and let stand for a few hours. Pour off extra starch. Knead well. Store in a covered container.
1 C Cornstarch
1 1/2 C water
16 oz Baking soda
Combine cornstarch and baking soda in a large saucepan. Stir in water and cook over low heat until the mixture begins to thicken and form a ball. Remove from heat.

1 C white glue
1 C water (cold)
