1. Wash, slice thin, dry in sun, or 70'C.
2. Pulverize using grinder or blender
3. Pack and seal tightly.
Ginger Tea I
Amount of xanthum gum to use per 1 C gluten-free flour mix
Cookies - 1/4 tsp
Cakes - 1/2 tsp
Muffins - 3/4 tsp
Bread - 1 - 1 1/2 tsp
Pizza Crust - 2 tsp
1. Cut each clove into thin slices and let it dry using dehydrator over oven at 135'F or until brittle. It may take 2-3 days without dehydrator.
-1 fresh bulb give a little less than 2 Tbsp dried garlic powder.
2. Grind dried garlic slices using coffee grinder type grinder.
3. Store powder in dark airtight container or freeze.
I use this to substitute any recipe that calls for flour and the correct amount of xanthum gum.
6 C Rice flour
2 C Potato starch
1 C Tapioca flour
1 bunch of kale, washed and spin dried
2 Tbsp olive oil
Himalayan crystal salt, grounded
Chili powder, optional
